  • Over £1.1 Million Confiscated After Guilty Pleas to Overfishing
    At the High Court in Edinburgh today four fishermen who had previously pled guilty to landing undeclared fish at Fresh Catch Ltd and Alexander Buchan Ltd between 2002 and 2005 were the subject of confiscation orders totalling over £1,100,000. One of the orders being one of the largest ever made against an individual in Scotland.

  • Man Pleads Guilty to Christmas Rape and Attempted Rape in Glasgow City Centre
    At the High Court in Glasgow today, Scott Kerr (DOB 06/04/1990), pleaded guilty to charges of rape and attempted rape occurring in Glasgow city centre on 21 December 2012.
